Submit A Support Ticket


Please complete the form below to submit a support ticket request. Once you click the Submit Ticket button, a copy of your request, including a tracking number, will automatically be sent to the email address you enter on the form.

Help & Support
  • Support ticket requests submitted over your service levels hours are billed at $75 or $125 per hour (depending on your service level), with a 15-minute minimum.

  • If your request will require more than 1 hour of work, then we will send you an estimate for approval before doing any work.

  • Critical / Down issues are dealt with immediately. All other support requests are dealt with in the order in which they are received.

  • Before creating a new support ticket, please check to see if an existing ticket has been requested by another staff member

  • Any additional Word documents, screenshots, or photos (up to 2 photos) may be attached to your ticket request.

  • If you need to provide more than 2 photos or images, then email them to
